- My friend Moshe (from Yoon’s Yoga Bliss) inspired me to undertake a 30-day video blogging challenge over at the Sunrose Yoga Blog (www.sunroseyoga.wordpress.com). I will beginning posting a video every day for 30 days beginning on April 12 (MONDAY!). I have a number of reader questions to answer and this seems like the perfect time to do so. - This Sunday, April 11 marks the beginning of my Sunday afternoon yoga classes at Community Fitness in Ravenna. From 4:30 to 5:30 pm, we’ll share a complete all-levels practice. For more information, visit www.communityfitness.com or check it out at 2113 NE 65th Street in Seattle.
